Erin Paysse upcycles hardback books to create vintage pinhole cameras

By  |

Erin Paysse has designed artistic pinhole cameras, upcycled from vintage hardback books. At $200, besides the vintage style, the camera features magnetic shutter and takes standard 35mm film. It comes with a set of instructions on how to “load, shoot, and remove film” and guidelines for approximate exposure times and sample times. Each camera is said to take different types of pictures for you to experiment with. The museum-style pinhole cameras are available for purchase at Paysse’s Etsy store.
